All QOL orders are shipped via the US Postal
System (USPS). The type of shipping and shipping
costs are dependent on the items in the order and the selected shipping method. If special shipping is required, please note
it. The total USPS shipping will automatically compute during checkout prior to
the completion of the order. We ask that all customers please allow time
for the order to process. This could take up to 1-2 business days.
Generally, to ensure shipping method upgrades
can be fulfilled on time, orders must be processed and clear credit
authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or the order may not be processed until
the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed
holidays within the United States.

Product Inventory: A product’s availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as “# In Stock”. That Product Detail page is accessed by clicking on “Shop” on the manufacturer shown on the Home Page and then on the bottle of product shown on the product listing. Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date.
When can you track your order? Tracking codes are assigned to packages once an order is ready to ship and an automatic email is sent to the customer email address on file. Please check your SPAM folder and/or verify that the email address is correct if you did not receive a notification. However, it may take up to 2 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier’s tracking system after shipment. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier (USPS) may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 2 full business days. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Finding Your Order Status The status of your order is easy to find.
How is order status different from tracking
information? The status of your order is supplied by QOL
and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it
and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse,
it is handled by USPS that provides a
tracking number and phone/online information until your order is delivered.
Tracking information may not be available for
up to 2 full business days after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
Next Day and Second Day Shipping All USPS next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day after processing (as mentioned above, processing can take 1-2 business days). If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed around the holidays may experience delays. Most USPS orders will be delivered in three business days. If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Tuesday, pending credit card verification.
Credit Cards We will notify you of any complications with your credit card. QOL strictly follows all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient or orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error.
